Customer Service Associate
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receiving, entering and expediting customer orders, both at our Customer Service counter and over the telephone
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Liaising with Outside Sales Associates
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service expertise
- Superior communication and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
